Widget types

The built-in widget types (BuiltInWidgetType):

Type	Data source	Description
table	resource	Paginated data table for a resource, with configurable columns, sorting, and filters. Clicking the title navigates to the full list.
simple-aggregate	resource	Single numeric value computed over the standard list endpoint: count (the list total), or min / max of a chosen field. Use for resources that do NOT expose the aggregate endpoint.
aggregate	aggregate	Single numeric value from the resource's aggregate endpoint: count, sum, avg, min, or max of a chosen field.
bar	aggregate	Bar chart of an aggregated metric grouped by one or two dimensions. Vertical or horizontal.
pie	aggregate	Pie or doughnut chart of an aggregated metric grouped by one dimension.
line	aggregate	Line chart of an aggregated metric over a dimension, typically a time-bucketed (trunc) date. A second group-by dimension produces separate series.
