List user preferences for the current user.

GET 
/:api_prefix/:service_name/admin/user-preferences

Returns every registered preference for the authenticated user. Items with a stored value carry it together with the updated_at timestamp of the last write; registered keys with no stored value yet are returned with the registered default and updated_at: null. Pattern-only registrations with no stored value are omitted.
