Delete a user preference value.

DELETE 
/:api_prefix/:service_name/admin/user-preferences/:key

Removes the stored preference value for the authenticated user. The key itself remains registered on the backend, so subsequent GET requests will return the registered default. Returns 404 if the key is not registered. Deleting a key that has no stored value is a no-op and still returns 204.
